Smart spaces, designed for the people who use them every day.

We fit out offices, cafés, restaurants and retail with the lighting, climate and security gear that runs a premises calmly — not loudly. Same licensed electricians, same fixed-quote discipline, a separate commercial queue with a dedicated project manager from first walk-through to handover.

What changes

Three angles a commercial fit-out earns its keep on.

A smart-home approach in a workplace isn't about novelty. It's about staff who don't fight the building, customers who feel looked after, and a premises that runs itself when you're closed.

Angle 01

The people who work here.

Lighting that warms up with the day. Climate that doesn't lurch between hot and cold. Meeting rooms that wake up when someone walks in and switch off when the last person leaves. The building stops being a thing staff have to manage.

  • Tunable-white lighting through working hours
  • Per-zone climate with quiet, automatic schedules
  • Meeting-room presence sensing, no remotes to lose

Angle 02

The people who come in.

A café that's already warm and lit when the first customer pushes the door open. A retail floor where the light follows the merchandising, not the other way around. A restaurant where service hours and after-hours look like two different rooms.

  • Scene-based lighting tied to your trading hours
  • Music, lighting and signage on a single schedule
  • Doorbell and door-status feeds for staff areas

Angle 03

The hours nobody's there.

Lights down, climate set back, cameras and door contacts active. A nightly close-up that happens whether the last person remembered to flick the switches or not — and a morning open-up that's already finished by the time someone arrives.

  • Out-of-hours schedules with manual override
  • Camera and door-sensor coverage that reads cleanly
  • Energy reporting on the things that actually move the bill
"We were closing two nights a week because the front-of-house was exhausted. The lighting and climate now run themselves — they get to do their job."

Licensed & insured

Commercial work, on a commercial footing.

Smart-home installers come in a few flavours. We're licensed electricians who happen to specialise in this gear — same compliance footing as your switchboard upgrade, with the credentials a commercial landlord will actually accept.

01

Licensed and fully insured.

Active NSW electrical contractor's licence on every job, covered by $20m public liability and $2m professional indemnity. Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work issued with every install — the document your landlord, strata or fit-out PM will ask for.

Out-of-hours by default.

For trading premises we schedule install work around your hours — early mornings, late evenings, the closed day of the week. No after-hours surcharges hidden in the quote; that's how we work for business.

One named project manager.

From first walk-through to handover, you have one named PM. They write the scope, hold the schedule, and turn up on install day. No call centre, no rotating account managers, no losing context between visits.
