What happens next
Step 2 · Reason Pick a reason: wrong fit, faulty, changed your mind. We use this to improve the catalogue.
Step 3 · Label A prepaid Australia Post label arrives by email within a minute.
Step 4 · Drop off Any Australia Post outlet or red street box. Keep the receipt until your refund clears.

The policy in full

Short version: be reasonable, and we will be too.

What you can return

  • Anything within 30 days of delivery, change-of-mind or otherwise.
  • Opened products, as long as they're complete and in resalable condition.
  • Faulty products at any time, covered by warranty (see the warranty page).
  • Gift purchases. Refund goes to the original card, store credit available.

What you can't

  • Hard-wired 240V switches and relays once installed by an electrician.
  • Consumables: adhesive mounts, batteries, replacement filters.
  • Custom or special-order items flagged on the product page at checkout.
  • Products returned after 30 days without a fault (warranty path instead).

Store credit Within the hour Issued as a credit code to your account email. Never expires.
